DL & Associates, LLC is an Intuit QuickBooks Solution Providers in the Shaumburg, Illinois area and provides QuickBooks accounting system integration, data migration, consultation, custom programming and IT services to its clients.
DL & Associates, LLC is looking for a full-time Customer service/Administrative Assistant for its business expansion. The ideal candidate must be detailed oriented and proficient working in multi-tasking environment.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Inquiries: Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries about our products and services.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues with customers and vendors.
- Order Management: Place purchase orders with vendors, notify sales and customers when orders are shipped from vendors, track shipments, and resolve shipment issues with carriers.
- Chat Support: Respond to chat inquiries.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare weekly sales reports.
- Price Updates: Update sales prices in our CRM and on our website.
- Order Processing: Process website orders.
- Office Management: Arrange office supplies.
- Team Support: Provide support to technical and sales teams.
- Data entry as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachler is required.
- 1 years of customer service experience in IT.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-leaner with strong problem-solving skills.
