We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated BILINGUAL (Spanish speaking) ENTRY LEVEL Plaintiff’s Personal Injury Attorney to join our talented team. (This is a 100% in-office position, so candidates interested in remote or hybrid work arrangements should not apply.)
MUST BE BILINGUAL (SPANISH) FOR THIS ROLE.
WE PREFFER 1-2 YEAR / ENTRY LEVEL ATTORNEYS FOR THIS ROLE! We will consider candidates with over 2 years experience in other areas if you're willing to learn personal injury and are OK with an "entry level" salary.
Position Overview : We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about personal injury law and eager to make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in personal injury cases from initial consultation through trial.
- You will work on both PRE-litigation AND on Litigation aspects of the cases
- Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and handle all aspects of case management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
- Stay current with legal developments and changes in personal injury law.
