Mid-sized insurance defense litigation firm is looking for experienced FLORIDA BODILY INJURY DEFENSE LITIGATION ATTORNEYS to join their BOCA RATON team (We allow 100% REMOTE so you can live ANYWHERE IN FLORIDA!).

Should have a lot of experience with FLORIDA Bodily Injury Defense cases, namely Motor Vehicle Accidents, Trucking, Premises Liability and other General Liability cases.

• IDEAL Candidates have 3 years experience in FL Bodily Injury Defense Litigation experience

DUTIES : reviewing and analyzing new files from assignment by the adjuster, drafting pleadings, motions, issuing written discovery, answering discovery, review and analysis of medical records / bills to identify damages, deposition prep, depositions, arguing motions, attending court hearings, mediations, trials client phone calls,and regularly preparing comprehensive status reports to the clients. Should have experience with expert witness depositions and preparing for same. Should also have trial experience or at least "trial prep" experience. Must have experience with billable hours.
