A reputable, 15-attorney Probate & Estate Planning Law Firm in Boca Raton is seeking an experienced Probate Paralegal to join our team.
Location : Boca Raton, FL (100% in-office)
Salary : $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
Benefits : Health insurance (firm-paid premium), PTO, 401k
Who We're Looking For :
- Minimum 2 years of Florida Probate Paralegal experience (REQUIRED)
- Experience in Probate Administration and / or Probate Litigation
- Strong knowledge of Florida State Court e-filing, drafting pleadings, and motions

Ideal Candidate :
Lives within a 45-minute commute to Boca Raton or willing to relocate within 30 days
Detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in FLORIDA Probate Procedures
Strong communication and organizational abilities
