Summary
DLA Piper is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Telecommunications group. This position is open to our Washington, D.C. office.

Pay Transparency
The firm’s expected hiring range for this position is $260,000 - $365,0000 per year depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).

- Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C.
- Minimum 3-5 years of telecommunications experience.
- Prior law firm or FCC experience.
- Curiosity and interest in new telecommunications and spectrum-based technologies
- Experience with telecommunications regulatory issues arising under the Communications Act and underlying regulations, and with FCC processes and procedures
- Strong analytical and writing skills
