Lawn Maintenance Technician (Experienced)

Location: Ontario, OR.Employment Type: Full-TimeStarting Pay: $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality lawn mowing and maintenance services for residential and commercial clients
• Operate and maintain mowing equipment and tools safely and efficiently
• Pull and back up trailers with lawn equipment
• Ensure a professional appearance and attitude when interacting with clients
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing client needs with care and attention to detail
• Identify and implement ways to improve efficiency without compromising quality
• Work independently and productively without direct supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with at least 3 years of clean driving history (required)
• 3-5 years of experience mowing for a lawn maintenance company
• Proven ability to pull and back up a trailer
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Self-motivated, reliable, and hard-working
• Team player with a positive attitude and desire to contribute to a strong team culture
• Ability to work efficiently and proactively seek ways to improve processes
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Passion for providing outstanding service and exceeding client expectations
