Financial Reporting Manager
DLC is one of Addison Groups five full-time salaried Accounting and Finance bench models with a diverse Fortune 500 client base currently operating in four major markets; Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Chicago and recently expanded into Atlanta. DLC utilizes a full-time salaried employment model & hires professionals with Big 4 CPA experience & / OR graduates from one of the top 25 MBA programs. DLC consultants are highly credentialed, best-in-class senior resources suited to the sophisticated needs of our clients under the office of the CFO.
DLC is seeking experienced professionals to join our team in Atlanta. Our dedicated full-time consultants assist clients in diverse and challenging projects spanning accounting, finance, financial reporting, FP&A, financial system implementation, process redesign, post-merger integration and/or project management across a wide variety of industries and companies.

Projected areas of responsibilities:
- Drive the financial reporting process through the consolidation,
- Prepare monthly consolidation and financial reporting of GAAP and IFRS basis financial results,
- Analyze financial results to provide company-wide and business unit evaluations & variance analysis
- Develop and standardize monthly dashboard reporting and establish KPI’s
- Research and apply new accounting regulations as required,
- Document and provide leadership on accounting policies and procedures to protect and maintain sound reporting controls,
- Knowledge of US GAAP reporting requirements
- Identify areas of inefficiencies, redesign and implement process improvements
- SEC Reporting
- Integrate post-merger systems and reporting as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- MBA and/or CPA or CPA in Process required
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, public accounting preferred
- Strong personality, ability to be adaptable and flexible in changing environments
- Advanced excel (pivots, v-lookups) and ability to manipulate large data sets
- Possess exceptional analytical, oral and written communication skills
- Be able to commute to clients as needed in the Atlanta area

Compensation for this position ranges from $120,000 - $150,000 and will vary depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The compensation may also include incentive compensation in the form of discretionary bonuses.
