What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper/Painter position at DLH Properties?
We are searching for a highly motivated cleaning specialist to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community – The Shores at Elders Pond (238 Units units) - located in Columbia, SC. Hourly rate shall range from $18.00 - $19.00 based upon experience. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of interior cleaning amenities, as well as perform exterior grounds upkeep. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of painting (drywall repair, cleanup, preparation, covering fixtures, etc).
