What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech position at DLH Properties?
We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment communities – Apple Ridge/Willow Wood and Belmont- located in Lafayette and Tully, NY. Hourly rate shall range from $22 - $24 per hour based upon experience and certifications. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
