What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at DLH Properties?
We are searching for a highly motivated maintenance technician to join our maintenance team at our luxury apartment community – The Shores at Elders Pond (238 Units units) - located in Columbia, SC. Hourly rate shall range from $20.00 - $22.00 based upon experience and certifications. Candidates must be proficient in all aspects of property maintenance including basic electrical, plumbing, painting, general repairs, HVAC, & must demonstrate strong communication skills. Prior property maintenance experience strongly preferred but not required.
