Job Description
The primary function of the Managing Director, Philips Medical Capital (PMC), is to develop and manage the strategic and operational goals of the joint venture.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Board-approved business plans and budgets are achieved.
- Develop innovative and meaningful payment solutions for US healthcare providers during their acquisition of Philips equipment.
- Grow the top and bottom line of the joint venture.
- Develop human resources in the joint venture.
- Manage and motivate the joint venture leadership team.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a senior leadership role (minimum 10 years).
- Experience in the Healthcare finance business is preferred.
- Proven ability in providing strategic vision and positive leadership to drive business growth.
- Strong sales, general management, and negotiating experience.
- Leadership qualities.
- Ability to communicate internally and externally at all levels.
- Fluent in English at a professional level.
