As the Business Development Representative , you will identify and pursue sales opportunities and build commercial contacts by telephone with the dealers and or vendor partners, in line with vendor agreement and sales plan, in order to realize the formulated sales objectives on lease penetration rate, new business volume and vendor profitability.

Day to Day
- Contribute to the market, sales plan, and targets, within boundaries of Office Equipment go-to-market strategy and vendor agreements.
- Define and implement a dealer plan and targets in order to give systematic direction to and control over dealers and / or vendor partners, sales and relationship activities.
- Create and execute a strategic business plan for your geographic territory, inclusive of measurable goals for closing top opportunities and driving relationships forward.
- Introduce new and cross sell existing products and services to dealers.
- Contact dealer relations and prospective dealers on collaboration opportunities.
- Responsible for training dealer reps on digital, product, promotions, and communication of changes to DLL processes or procedures.
- Distribute quote proposals and rate cards to dealers and / or vendor partners
- Support dealers and / or vendor partners in their business activities, aiming at maximum exposure and knowledge of vendor program.
- Assist dealers and / or vendor partners with structuring larger transactions, including document negotiation and pricing to increase conversion.
- Signal improvement opportunities during program life cycle and introduce new and cross sell existing products and services to dealer and / or vendor partners
- Manage the business relationship with dealers and / or vendor partners on country / territory / region level, to increase business, income, and profitability.
- Management of existing business relationships with dealers and / or vendor partners (by telephone, email campaigns and virtual meetings.
- Support in a team-selling environment.

Applicable pay range
103,212.70 - $ 154,819.05 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
