What are the responsibilities and job description for the FEC QA Specialist position at DLL?
The Financial Economic Crimes QA Specialist (FEC QA Specialist) will assist with First Line quality assurance functions of Financial Economic Crimes, bank secrecy act/anti-money laundering (BSA/AML),and know your customer (KYC).. The FEC QA Specialist will also perform quality file reviews on the client onboarding process across all DLL entities to confirm client file accuracy/completeness and ensure the onboarding process is in line with local and global standards, policies, and procedures.

Day to Day
- Knowledgeable and compliant with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures applicable to the organization.
- Conduct client file reviews to test the completeness and accuracy of the client onboarding process as it relates to local procedures and global standards.
- Act as a point of contact for quality related topics
- Responsible for the accurate timely completion of assigned duties and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Work with the FEC QA Manager to monitor and identify trending risks AML related.
- Work with the FEC QA Manager to discuss the details of client file reviews and share the results with relevant stakeholders (including those stakeholders subject to Quality Control activities).
- Follow up on action items to remediate identified findings. Escalates to the FEC QA Manager if/when findings are not resolved within agreed service level agreements.
- May perform other related duties or ad hoc projects within the scope of responsibilities.
Job Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong BSA / AML knowledge specifically in AML/KYC
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively and congenially with members at diverse levels
- Strong orientation to deadline. Make sound business decisions; understand and achieve business goals. Decisive and exercise good judgment under pressure
- Experience in analysis, reporting and a working knowledge of various financial products and services.
- Ability to identify trends in reporting and proactively take necessary actions
- Handles sensitive situations in a confidential and professional manner.
- Possess excellent communication skills and work effectively with limited supervision
- Share information and knowledge appropriately with co- workers
- Ability to seek additional information/ explanation for clarification when needed
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Clear, concise and persuasive writing and presentation skills

Essentials
- Bachelor's Degree or commensurate experience
- Minimum 3-7 years of experience in first- or second-line testing,Audit, Analysis and / or AML/KYC
- ACAMS certification preferred but not required
- Strong analytic and computer skills (Excel),

Applicable Pay Range
$64,172.83 - $96,259.25
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
