The Account Executive – Tech Solutions will be responsible for initiating, developing, and maintaining commercial contacts. One major function of this role is the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities, while providing support to the appointed partner. The candidate must be able to realize the formulated sales objectives on lease penetration rate, new business volume and profitability. They will prospect extensively within a geographic market with the goal of identifying each prospective partners’ needs and matching DLL’s capabilities to meet those requirements. A regular cadence of purpose-based cold calling and partner visits are required to close new relationships as well as expand relationships with sales reps and management in order to build a pipeline of business. This individual should be highly independent, self-motivated and solutions driven.

Day to Day
- Grow the partner’s penetration rate in the assigned market space locally and nationally
- Become familiar with performance expectations and set personal goals; create plan that is goal oriented and achievable
- Incorporate strategies and activities that will drive Partner relationships
- Identify key partner stakeholders, accounts, partners, and extended team
- Get buy-in from leadership, teammates, resources, and partners
- Establish your position as the beacon for all partner needs and development at the designated location hub- teams need to know where to go
- Enablement across all market segments at the local partner location- visibility and being face to face is important to success while driving value for sales teams
- Ensure you’re appropriately aligned with Field Sales Manager and extended team members
- Analyze, develop, get approval on- and implement a vendor / partner plan and targets (incl. sales forecast, budget, objectives, sales tactics, etc.) and liaise with all relevant stakeholders on plan.
- Identify and act on, or actively pursue, sales opportunities with vendor / partner organization and enthuse them for (program) opportunities, receive and manage quote requests and ensure follow up of opportunities within DLL Sales organization.
- Support vendor / partner organizations in their business activities by providing information, training, and financing expertise.
- Liaise with internal and external Marketing departments and conduct round-table meetings to gather information regarding customers and end-users and contribute to marketing campaigns.
- Visit relations and prospects and bring DLL financing- and / or vendor / partner program opportunities to their attention.
- Structure transactions and / or deals with (local) vendor / partner / dealer deviating from program agreement, involve relevant expertise (e.g. credit risk, fiscal, legal, etc.) and balance interests of all stakeholders involved.
- Manage the business relationships with (local) vendor / partner / dealer organizations throughout the relationship life cycle and on a country level, conducting regular meetings with customers and counterparts within DLL.

Applicable pay range
108,442.53 - $162,663.79 (This role is eligible for sales commissions which increase the target earnings beyond the listed pay range)
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
