Identity and Access Management Engineer
The Identity and Access Management Engineer (IAM) will be responsible for maintaining the Digital User Provisioning System (DUPS), an Azure B2C solution implementation, collaborating with the
Solution Architects, Security Officers, and the rest of the DUPS team to continuously ensure the solution is secure, stable and robust. The IAM Engineer will also interact with current and prospective consumers providing solution support and on-boarding.

Day to day :
- Solution Design : Collaborate with architects and stakeholders to design identity management solutions using Azure Active Directory B2C that meet business requirements and security standards.
- Development : Develop custom policies, user flows, and identity providers within Azure AD B2C to support various authentication and authorization scenarios.
- Integration : Integrate Azure AD B2C with web and mobile applications, leveraging OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and other relevant protocols.
- Customization : Customize the user interface and user experience of sign-in and sign-up pages to align with branding and usability requirements.
- Identity Lifecycle Management : Implement user lifecycle management processes, including user registration, profile management, password reset, and account recovery.
- Security : Ensure the security of identity data and authentication mechanisms by implementing best practices, such as multi-factor authentication, token validation, and security monitoring.
- Testing and Debugging : Conduct thorough testing of identity solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Documentation : Create comprehensive documentation for identity solutions, including architecture diagrams, configuration instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, architects, and project managers, to deliver identity management solutions on time and within budget.
- Stay Updated : Stay informed about the latest developments in identity and access management technologies, particularly within the Azure ecosystem, and continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Applicable Pay Range
120,174 - $180,262
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the applicable pay range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
