As an International Marketing Consultant for Energy Transition, you will successfully apply your knowledge, experience, and passion to support the growth of the Energy Transition initiative. This role will be an individual contributor role and help lead the continued transformation of the strategy into relevant and inspiring marketing initiatives that drive business value, revenue, and growth for DLL and our partners. You will be developing, and co-implement marketing plans aligned with the Energy Transition global marketing and commercial strategies to create a positive, consistent, and unique positioning and profiling of our financial product.

Day To Day
- Marketing Strategy and Plan – Co-create, formulate and implement specific marketing strategies and tactical execution plans to achieve the Energy Transition financial goals and strategic priorities.
- Market Research– Coordinate, initiate, and monitor market research related to the Energy Transition to create awareness on market developments and trends, signal business opportunities and threats, and deliver the needed information to the relevant teams. This is in alignment with Market Intelligence counterparts.
- New Business Development – Assist in act of prospecting, drive brand awareness and lead new program launches.
- Content creation and Campaign Initiatives – Responsible for development, execution, and measurement of content strategy for targeted segments. A key focus will be on marketing campaign planning and support.
- Marketing Campaign Initiatives – Initiate, develop, coordinate, and monitor the execution of marketing campaigns, in close cooperation with sales/other marketing disciplines/partners/vendors to support business initiatives in obtaining maximum commercial effectiveness in targeted market segments.
- Brand Management – Ensure marketing materials are in line with brand guidelines and review items as required while collaborating with the industry and global marketing teams to create brand awareness.
- Commercial events – planning and organizing customer events, including event selection, budgeting and evaluation, in line with the Sales and Marketing plan.
- Program Performance Improvement– Initiate and participate in program performance reviews to drive partner satisfaction.
- Marketing budget – Provide input to annual ET marketing budget and monitor ongoing spend vs. target – liaise with regions and countries to ensure balance between regional and ET priorities. Monitor and communicate value of marketing activities.
- Customer Experience– develop and coordinate initiatives to enhance customer experience like customer journey interviews, tactical feedback tracking, and surveying.

Essentials
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relevant (international) marketing roles.
- Preferred experience in Electrical generation or Energy consuming field.
- Marketing background with proven experience in both strategic and tactical marketing, integrated and digital marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
- Ability to deliver strategic growth initiatives in complex business environments.
- Customer-facing experience, being skilled in providing exemplary service to internal and external customers.
- Experienced in project management, process management, relationship-building and organization skills.
- Ability to work independently, but self-motivated to stay closely connected with a globally dispersed team.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills: must be able to communicate big ideas, lead meetings, and presentations.
- Identifies opportunities to bring innovation to existing marketing practices, including digital marketing activities.
- Makes detailed recommendations as needed to move change forward.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously / deadline management.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- Hands-on experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to be creative while adhering to corporate and partner brand guidelines.
