Remarketing Operations Specialist


Responsible for all daily administrative tasks in support of all the of Lessee and Inventory Remarketers including acting as a backup when necessary. Also includes assignment of any projects within Asset Management Group when necessary.


Day to Day Roles & Responsibilities:


Provide life cycle management support for specific programs for early and end of lease quoting.

  • Ensure all program agreements are understood and adhered to when quoting, OT, CT&I and Healthcare programs (out of system quoting)
  • Follow and adhere to existing SLA agreements
  • Understanding of system quote calculations as well as manual quoting when necessary, answer basic questions related to quote, Net Investment quotes upon request
  • Distribution of requests to appropriate remarketers accurately and timely
  • Responsible for management of team e-mail box including timely distribution of all requests

Remittance Processing Management

  • Reconcile unapplied cash to ensure for accurate posting and accounting
  • Process check applications accurately and timely (including terminations, large family, continue to bill, consignments)
  • Research and submit refund requests
  • Reconciliation of accounts when necessary for accurate invoicing and delinquency (i.e. DAPS, RMAP, etc.)
  • Research, review and resolve any receipts related to Continue to Bill (Non-Returned Equipment or WOP)

Departmental Correspondence

  • Open, review and document all incoming mail in a timely manner
  • Gather, distribute and report on all correspondence including but not limited to basic contract and vendor information
  • Send cancellation rejection letters depending on lease criteria

Overflow Phone Queue

  • Answer all overflow calls as presented by phone queue. Must be able to handle heavy volume at times as well as answer basic lease questions

Administrative Tasks as assigned

  • Generate and track Missing and Damaged invoices (Inventory), administer second and final demand letters for non-returned equipment, reconcile and update inventory reports, process any large requests (i.e. large family account quoting, special programs, etc.)
  • Must have basic understating of both remarketing roles. Members will be called upon to act as support for any staffing shortages in both Lessee or Inventory Remarketing. Basic understanding of Word and Excel necessary.

Essentials

  • 1-3 years’ experience within an equipment leasing environment
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
  • Microsoft Office experience to include Word & Excel
