Purpose of Position:
The Retail Finance Account Manager plays a critical role in driving retail financing success within Mahindra’s dealer network. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with appointed Mahindra dealers, ensuring they have the tools, knowledge, and support necessary to maximize financing penetration, increase new business volume, and optimize profitability. By serving as a trusted advisor, the Retail Finance Account Manager enhances dealer engagement, promotes financial solutions, and fosters long-term partnerships that align with the organization business objectives.

Day to Day
- Manage relationships with appointed dealers to increase retail finance penetration and new business volume within an assigned territory.
- Act as a trusted financing partner to dealers, offering insights and guidance to optimize their retail financing success.
- Master internal processes to support dealers across all the stages of the credit application lifecycle—from origination to contracting and funding—delivering a best-in-class financing experience.
- Proactively engage with new, existing, and prospective dealer relationships, identifying and capitalizing on retail financing opportunities.
- Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to dealers, empowering them to navigate financing options and tools effectively.
- Promote and cross-sell additional financing products and services to expand business opportunities.
- Drive efficiency by utilizing Salesforce as the primary relationship management tool for tracking interactions, managing contacts and strengthening engagement.
- Lead and execute assigned tasks and projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company objectives.

Applicable Pay Range
$56,347.20 - $84,520.80
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
