What are the responsibilities and job description for the TSS Administrator position at DLL?
TSS Administrator
As a Transaction Secured Services Administrator , US Operations you will be working on a team with 7 other members whose processes include but are not limited to :
- Application entry across business lines including those that are routed for review
- Providing partial and full pay off quotations
- Secured Transactions - UCC Filings for US business and PPSA filings for Canadian business including initial filings, terminations, continuations, subordinations, name changes and management of robotics in place for some of these processes
- Other administrative duties
A successful candidate will be highly accurate and love attention to detail, customer service oriented, have the ability to work with various office systems, work both independently as well as within a team and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Our goal is to meet internal expectations in timely processing in accordance with KPIs. This role reports to the TSS-App entry Team Lead.

Applicable Pay Range
44,453.43 - $66,680.16
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL’s compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
