THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Love to get their hands dirty, be known as a “gearhead”,
- Be able to prioritize and complete tasks to meet assigned deadlines,
- Be a self-starter, able to complete tasks using their knowledge and skill,
- Work as part of a team with other assemblers, electricians and engineers to meet build requirements
THE PAINT PREPPER WILL:
- Wipe, clean, and tape machine parts for painting
- Sand parts, cabinets, and machine assemblies to remove imperfections before painting
- Keep paint and assembly areas clean and free of debris for the team
- Paint all machines and parts orders
- Run a paint color schedule for all parts and job orders.
- Keep the pressure pots clean and functioning properly.
- Organize the paint department, stocking paint and rotating stock.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
- Light assembly, painting, or light janitorial experience preferred
- Be a self-starter and willing to learn
