Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team. The Quality Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall quality of products delivered to customers. This position is responsible for maintaining work instruction accuracy, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving employee knowledge of quality issues. The Quality Manager ensures compliance with AS9100 standards and customer requirements, overseeing quality assurance, engineering, control, MDM, and Nondestructive Testing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- - Promote and implement the AEN quality policy within the organization.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and establish measurable quality objectives aligned with corporate goals.
- Conduct management reviews of quality management systems and maintain customer satisfaction goals.
- Plan and execute activities to enhance the effectiveness of quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements and assist in resolving quality issues.
- Communicate the importance of quality standards to all organizational levels and inform customers of significant changes.
