What You Have Already Achieved (Requirements)
- Must live near Atlanta, GA or willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA
- Proven experience in overseeing maintenance operations across multiple sites.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Budget development and management expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements related to facility maintenance.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a focus on team building, collaboration, development, mentoring, and training.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex problems.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing asset improvement strategies and achieving positive outcomes.
- Progressive experience in property management maintenance, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional management role

- Establish protocols for maintenance emergencies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Foster positive resident relations and handle escalated maintenance issues.
- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, budget variances, and key performance indicators due monthly with recommendation to recover.
- Provide recommendations for capital projects and maintenance optimization.

- Review service requests for trends and accuracy, and ensure proper entry and closure into Appfolio.
