Senior Director of Transaction Management, Communities & Lending

The Senior Director of Transaction Management, Communities & Lending is a player coach role, responsible for leading the strategic planning and execution of our complex transactions across the Company's diverse portfolio including, acquisitions, dispositions, refinancings, and lending across our loan origination platform, including pipeline management, Dream Outdoor Resorts and leading cross-functional coordination among teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions. This leader is responsible for supporting our teams in driving efficiency & productivity, leveraging systems, tools, data, and an urgent focus on closing deals.

What you have already achieved: (Requirements) 

• 7 years of experience in commercial real estate transaction management
• 5 years experience of commercial loan closings and processing
• 5 years experience leading a team
• Multifamily bridge, construction, development lending experience preferred
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and teams
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

What you are great at: (Responsibilities)

• Lead the day to day scheduling and processing of new transactions, loan submissions, and closings.
• Schedule closings and staff with the transaction manager to process and execute due diligence and closings.
• Directly manage a pipeline of transactions, loans and sponsor relationships.
• Collaborate with department heads to develop, document, improve and implement work flows for transaction and loan processing and closings.
• Work closely with the relationship management, asset management, Dream Outdoor Resorts, and transaction management teams to ensure excellent communication, efficient processing, and successful closings with sponsors, borrowers, and buyers—delivering WOW while setting and upholding standards.
• Assist in preparation of internal and external credit memos, sponsor summaries, and transaction memos.
