Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines to clean dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils efficiently.
- Manually wash items as needed, ensuring all items are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash.
- Assist in food preparation as required, supporting cooks and kitchen staff during busy periods.
- Help with bussing tables to ensure a smooth flow of service during peak hours.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including catering or banquet services is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
