NEW ORLEANS: Leading law firm seeks an ASSOCIATE with experience in bankruptcy, workout, or related commercial litigation to join its Corporate Restructuring & Bankruptcy practice group. Represent lenders, secured and unsecured creditors, and businesses in various restructuring and insolvency proceedings, including default resolutions, collections, repossessions, loan workouts and bankruptcy matters in both federal and state courts. Real estate, maritime, or energy law is a plus. 3-7 years of experience post-graduation. Must be a member of the LA Bar. Base salary 200-260k; bonus eligible.
