DLR Group’s Minneapolis team has an opening for a Information Technology (IT) Intern.
Position Summary
The IT Intern will work closely with our Service Desk team to provide technical support and assistance to end-users within the organization. This role offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience in troubleshooting diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues. The intern will also play a key role in supporting various technology initiatives and projects under the guidance of Service Desk Analysts and Managers.
This internship is expected to be full-time during the summer months and approximately 15-20 hours during the school year.

What You Will Do
- Support end users in the local office as well as remotely through the Service Desk
- Field incoming calls and walkups
- Assist with deploying laptops and peripherals
- Install and troubleshoot software
- Assist Service Desk Supervisor with various technology projects
- Enrolled in a 4-year college program relating to Technology (this role is for students, not recent graduates)
- Completed 2 years of undergraduate education prior to the start of the internship
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong computer research problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
