Job Description:
The Shipping Clerk/Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing the shipping of Florida inventory and assisting with customer inquiries in the state of Florida. This position requires excellent organizational and administrative skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare packages for delivery, including prepping contents, attaching shipping labels, and ensuring that all invoices are accurate.
- Maintain an inventory of packaging materials, including labels, boxes, envelopes, bubble wrap, and other supplies.
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and screen sharing tools, or escalate issues as necessary.
- Follow up with customers, provide feedback, and see through to resolution any problems that arise.
- Communicate and coordinate escalated issues with internal departments and field representatives.
Requirements:
- Excellent listening and communication skills, professionalism, and a strong sense of teamwork.
- The ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
