Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations of the establishment
- Help manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
- Assist in creating and implementing strategies to increase revenue and improve profitability
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the establishment
- Coordinate with other departments within the hotel or restaurant to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role
- Knowledge of food production, coffee preparation, and POS systems
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with hotel or restaurant operations is preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
