Duties

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and ensure all items are properly stored.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including washing vegetables and preparing ingredients.
• Support the culinary team by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes during service.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain an organized workflow during busy periods.
• Participate in regular cleaning schedules for kitchen equipment and storage areas.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering or culinary environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
• Willingness to assist with various tasks related to food service, including banquet support.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy items as needed.
• A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
