Responsibilities

- Manage shift operations, ensuring that all staff are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Supervise and train staff members, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records in accordance with company policies.
- Provide exceptional guest services, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with General Manager to plan and execute events, ensuring all logistical details are managed smoothly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the venue to uphold health and safety standards.
Skills
- Proven experience in shift management or as an assistant manager in a hospitality setting.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial reporting.
- Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for patrons.
- Experience in nightclub or venue environments is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations is advantageous, contributing to overall venue management expertise.
