DLZ is seeking a Senior GIS Professional with extensive expertise in ESRI GIS software to lead our GIS Technology program and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage GIS and geospatial projects.
- Administer ArcGIS licenses and online resources.
- Develop and maintain GIS applications, tools, and automation processes.
- Mentor GIS staff and coordinate training.
- Ensure adherence to GIS documentation and standards.
- Support mapping applications and troubleshoot GIS issues.
- Design custom applications using ArcGIS Online suite.
- Conduct complex spatial analysis and data manipulation.
- Identify market opportunities and collaborate with DLZ staff.
- Advanced proficiency in ESRI software suite/cloud (ArcGIS Desktop/Pro/Online).
- 8 years of experience in GIS product delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience with Python, JavaScript, SQL, and REST web services for automation and development.
- Knowledge of GIS concepts and geospatial data management.
- Web and mobile GIS application development expertise.
- Strong cartographic design skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work overnight or extended on-site work at customers' locations.
