- GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare and manage randomization goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and utilizing financial acumen
to inform revenue projections. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in finance, coupled with
expertise in data management, analytics, and project coordination.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Randomization Planning:
a. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to develop comprehensive randomization
strategies aligned with study protocols and enrollment targets.
b. Utilize financial analysis techniques to optimize randomization goals, considering budget constraints
and revenue objectives.
c. Ensure randomization plans are operationally feasible and support the overall objectives of the
organization.
2. Goal Management:
a. Maintain a centralized repository of randomization goals, updating as necessary to reflect changes in
project scope, timelines, or enrollment dynamics.
b. Monitor progress towards randomization goals and proactively identify potential risks or deviations.
c. Work closely with the finance department to align randomization goals with revenue forecasts.
d. Provide insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks
associated with randomization planning.
3. Communication and Collaboration:
a. Coordinate communication among the planning department, finance department, and other pertinent
stakeholders to ensure understanding and alignment with randomization goals and financial
projections.
b. Present findings and recommendations to senior management and project teams, articulating the
financial implications of randomization decisions.
c. Act as a liaison between departments, translating financial data into actionable insights to inform
strategic decision-making.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Must have a bachelors degree in accounting or a suitable combination of education, training or experience
- Experience:
- 2 years experience in financial management and project coordination.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data management and project management is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings and
- recommendations to management effectively.
