The home is busy and well-run, operating at a high standard that reflects a luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and hands-on—someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, orderly home and is happy to support wherever needed, whether that’s deep cleaning, helping set up for a dinner, or simply keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning routines throughout the home

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and bathroom spaces

• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and polish surfaces with attention to detail

• Make beds, change linens, and maintain orderly closets and drawers

• Handle family laundry and ironing; manage dry cleaning

• Occasionally heat and serve chef-prepared meals or prepare simple items

• Assist with table setup, service, and cleanup for meals and events

• Help with setup and cleanup during frequent entertaining

• Tidy high-traffic family areas and support the team as needed

• Take on occasional special cleaning projects

• Communicate and collaborate closely with other household team members

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

• Has 5 years of experience in private homes and/or luxury hospitality

• Must be local to the Austin, TX area 

• Is reliable, discreet, and proactive, with a positive and flexible mindset

• Brings a team-first attitude and excellent attention to detail

• Is comfortable navigating a large home and working on their feet

• Is legally authorized to work in the U.S. and can pass a background check

• Has strong references and a desire to contribute to a long-term, respectful work environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• $37 per hour, based on experience

• Full medical, dental, and vision coverage

• 401(k) and discretionary year-end bonus

• 10 days paid vacation, 3 sick days, and 6 paid holidays
