Our client is seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented part-time Property Manager | Personal Assistant to support their dynamic household in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will manage multiple properties, coordinate with vendors, and ensure the smooth running of daily operations. This part-time role offers flexible hours, with an opportunity for growth as the family acquires additional properties.
This position requires strong household operations experience in addition to property management skills, as it is a very hands-on role rather than an administrative one. Proficiency in project management, a high level of professionalism, clear boundaries, and discretion are essential. The candidate must be tech-savvy and familiar with platforms like Asana to stay organized and manage multiple projects effectively.
Schedule:
- Part-time (15-20 hours per week, guaranteed minimum of 15 hours)
- Flexible schedule with potential to increase to full-time in the future
Responsibilities:
- Manage home and property maintenance for LA and San Francisco homes
- Research and coordinate with contractors and vendors
- Oversee projects and vendor management
- Create documented systems and schedules for regular maintenance and inspections
- Coordinate with architects and land surveyors
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and transportation
- Check mail and bring in packages
- Unpack groceries
- Travel if and when necessary
Compensation:
- $55 per hour
- Guaranteed hours
- 1 week of paid vacation
