Job Title: Full-Time Personal Assistant

Our returning client is seeking a Full-Time Personal Assistant. The hired candidate will collaborate with the current Personal Assistant until her departure in June.
Job Responsibilities:
- Be the principal's go-to person for all daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to household staff (Chef/House Manager, Housekeeper, and vendors).
- Manage family and personal appointments, including scheduling, facials, nails, massages, workouts, doctor, dentist, and other medical appointments.
- Oversee children's schedules, including school and extracurricular activities.
- Coordinate family and personal trips, from booking to planning.
- Handle Venmo payments, shared expenses, and communicate with the accountant.
- Review credit card statements weekly for fraud detection.
- Maintain an up-to-date staff compensation and bonus spreadsheet.
- Work with Household Counsel on annual staff agreements.
- Renew important documents like passports and driver's licenses.
- Maintain the family's Dropbox and ensure all information is properly stored.
- Manage photo organization.
- Plan and execute holiday gifting.
- Maintain club memberships and track any renewals.
- Keep a comprehensive travel and spending spreadsheet.
- Keep track of the principal's birthday and other key personal dates.
- Handle returns and ordering for the family's needs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Personal Assistant.
- Must be based in the San Francisco Bay Area and available for regular in-person duties.
- Willing to undergo a thorough background check and provide stellar references from past employers or clients.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform tasks that may involve sitting, standing, and climbing stairs.
- Must be professional, polished, and adaptable to changing household needs.
- COVID-19 vaccination is required.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday onsite for two weeks per month.
- For the remaining two weeks, the schedule is lighter, requiring only 3-4 days onsite.
- The average workweek should total 40 hours, with fluctuations based on family needs.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, based on experience.
- Healthcare Stipend: $6,000 per year.
- Personal Wellness Stipend: $150 per month.
- Gas allowance for work-related car use.
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 2 weeks' vacation, sick days, and 5 paid holidays.
- Annual wage reviews and discretionary bonuses.
- Equipment Provided: Laptop and phone for work-related purposes.
- Longevity: The family values long-term employment and seeks a candidate who is committed to staying for many years to come. A minimum of a two-year commitment is preferred.
Additional Notes:
- The PA will travel with the principal 3-6 weeks per year.
- The PA will utilize systems already in place, allowing for a smooth transition into the role.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
