We are looking for a creative and strategic Bilingual Content Specialist who is fluent in both Spanish and English. This role will focus on managing our Spanish language content across all digital platforms – website, Facebook, email newsletters, etc. The ideal candidate will work closely with our in-house social media manager and content strategist / copywriter to contribute to our overall social media, content, and marketing strategies.
Spanish / English Bilingual Content Specialist Duties & Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy for our Spanish Facebook page and other potential Spanish-language social media channels
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content (text, image, video) tailored for the Spanish-speaking audience
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries, and escalate issues internally as needed
- Analyze key metrics and adjust strategy as needed to improve engagement and reach
- Collaborate with our social media manager and content strategist / copywriter to ensure brand and content consistency and effective messaging
- Communicate and collaborate with our bilingual attorneys for content creation
- Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications
