DiPasquale Moore is looking for a Spanish bilingual Customer Service professional with a friendly attitude and the ability to multi-task. This position requires regular attendance; answering calls and fielding them, accordingly and assisting in various administrative duties as needed.
Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer and assist incoming callers (high volume - up to 200/day)
- Transfer and connect clients with appropriate firm employees
- Route incoming documents and voice messages to the correct recipient
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Excellent telephone etiquette with positive attitude and eagerness to help
- Experience in phone based customer service or experience in fast-paced high volume food or retail customer service highly desired
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks without guidance
- Bilingual Spanish/English
- High school diploma or equivalent
