D.M. Neuman Construction Co. is looking for a Project Manager looking to work in Glenwood Springs.
The project manager will need to be organized and detail oriented. Primary responsiblity is to track schedule progress and cost differences by analyzing and collecting information, develop bids for upcoming projects and qualify and level subcontractors’ proposals according to project specifics. You will be working directly with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors to understand and incorporate project objectives/costs.
Strong math skills will help navigate specifications and plans, and excellent communication skills are a must.
