Candidate will have experience and knowledge in the following areas :
- Managing / developing analysts : Significant experience in leading a team of advanced analysts is very important to this job. This will involve guiding and assessing their work, teaching them skills, identifying new skills for them to acquire, and managing their projects within the larger scope of the company’s needs.
- Analysis and modeling : Significant experience in data analysis and advanced statistical modeling. The person needs to have used advanced data mining and modeling to support / drive business decisions and then implemented the findings within a business process used in the company. It is also beneficial if the candidate has experience with natural language processing and blockchain technologies.
