Job Title: Digital Media Designer

DMA Industries is seeking a talented and versatile Digital Media Designer to enhance our online presence.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to create engaging digital media assets that captivate our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create captivating digital media assets, including advertisements, social media graphics, website elements, and branding materials.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
3. Develop high-quality designs under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and consistency.
4. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
5. Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless integration of design elements across different marketing channels.
6. Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new campaigns and initiatives.
7. Maintain and organize design assets and files for easy access and retrieval.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of visual principles, including typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience designing for responsive web layouts is a plus.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is desirable but not required.
