Duties
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential properties, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
- Utilize tools and equipment effectively
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and recommend solutions for repairs or improvements.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with owners to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Document completed work and report any additional issues that may require attention.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role with a strong understanding of maintenance practices.
- Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, and general repair techniques.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with clients and team members.
- A valid driver's license is preferred but not mandatory.
