Job Description
Discreet Business in North Naples is seeking a full time Indian Chef.
Chef must be experienced with authentic Indian cuisine
Preferred experience working in local Naples Indian restaurants 21 Spices or Passage To India
In home chef experience is a must.
Please only apply if you are living in Naples, and have experience working in client’s homes and with specialty diets.
The chef is responsible for:
- Meal prep (you must be able to prep a lot of food in a short time!)
- Specialty diets (plant bases, keto, whole30, allergies, healthy living, organic foods)
- Must have knowledge and be ready to discuss specifics of many diets in your interview.
- Must have experience with meal prep for Indian, Thai, Italian and Healthy Organic options
· Planning the menus, shopping, inventory in the kitchen.
· Ensuring the kitchen is correctly managed, preparing the food for all meals as scheduled.
· Preparing for any additional events, parties, or tasks revolving around the diet and meals of the events and attendees
- Health knowledge (you must know the latest in health and wellness)
- Desire to learn diet trends (you must constantly learn what’s new)
- Customer service skills a must (you must work well with clients)
- Detail oriented (you must communicate clearly with owner and clients)
- Must have a valid transportation and driver’s license and be willing to run errands for meal prep
- Must be able to multi-task
- Hours will vary from week to week depending on client load
- Provide a resume and cover letter stating why you feel you are a good fit
Job Qualifications:
- Michelin Chef or equivalent experience.
