As a Security Officer, your duties encompass conducting unarmed patrols both indoors and outdoors, managing access points, supervising CCTV and alarm systems, preparing reports, discouraging criminal behavior, and fulfilling other responsibilities as outlined in directives. This position is well-suited for individuals with a strong focus on customer service, exuding a friendly and dynamic demeanor. Moreover, the ability to retain information about the premises is crucial for addressing guests' general inquiries.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform patrols of assigned areas on foot or in vehicles.
- Maintain vigilance for irregularities or potential security threats.
- Promptly respond to alarms and liaise with law enforcement or fire services as needed.
- Enforce rules and regulations, including prohibition of loitering or smoking.
- Facilitate access for authorized individuals while monitoring entries and exits.
- Ensure compliance with company property protection protocols by departing personnel.
- Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, maintaining precise written records.
- Supervise visitor check-ins and inspect trucks for clearance prior to entry.
