Job Description:

DMAC Security is currently seeking a diligent and organized individual to join our team as a Vehicle Processor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the scanning and shipping process of vehicles, ensuring accurate documentation, and maintaining efficient workflow. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Specific Duties and Functions

As a Vehicle Processor at DMAC Security, your specific duties and functions will include:

• Coordinate Scanning of Outgoing Vehicles:
• Utilize designated scanning equipment to accurately scan outgoing vehicles.
• Ensure all vehicles are scanned thoroughly and in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure Accurate Documentation:
• Record and document vehicle details meticulously, including Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), Moroney (vehicle label), and VIN plate information.
• Verify the accuracy of all documentation before proceeding with vehicle shipments.
• Communicate with Carriers and Drivers:
• Liaise with carriers and drivers to coordinate the pickup of vehicles for shipment.
• Provide necessary instructions and information to ensure smooth and timely pickup procedures.
• Monitor Entrances and Exits:
• Maintain vigilance over entrances and exits of the perimeter to oversee vehicle movement.
• Ensure that only authorized vehicles are allowed to enter or exit the premises.
• Maintain Organized Records:
• Prepare and maintain organized records, including Bill of Lading, for all shipped vehicles.
• Ensure accurate documentation of shipment details and keep records up to date.
