Job Summary
Local Insurance Agency looking for a Part- Time Customer Service Rep. with computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate department
- Develop a positive, professional relationship with customers while providing accurate and timely information
- Initialize new and existing customer accounts while following up to ensure satisfaction levels remain high
- Update product information on website, social media, and other internal systems
- Identify potential problems in customer service and resolve them before the customer reaches a point where they cannot be resolved
- Update internal records with customer information
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers in internal system. This includes daily activity logs, weekly activity reports, etc.
Skills/Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a CSR or similar position preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This includes the ability to write well, speak well, listen well, and understand what is being said to address problems or issues.
- Customer service orientation. Ability to work as part of a team to address the needs of all customers.
