The Lead Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for executing Quality Assurance Plans for industrial control panels and test equipment. They will also work on improving processes for all DMC projects, ensuring that all relevant quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
- Conduct the quality control inspection operations, managing task delegation and ensure timely completion of inspections
- Document inspection procedures, results and create detailed reports
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to resolve any quality issues and document resolution
- Continuously update knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
- Maintain attention to detail and commitment to precision
- Create and conduct training sessions aimed at improving quality standards and procedures
- Run audits and assessments to verify compliance with quality criteria
- Track and report on repair / QA metrics
- Maintain precise inventory records for all items under repair / QA supervision
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure ongoing certifications (CSIA, ISO, etc.)
- Continuously develop, manage and maintain relevant standards and guidelines

ITAR Requirements
To conform to U.S. Government commercial space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), 8 U.S.C. § 1324b(a)(3), applicants for employment at DMC must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawfully admitted for permanent residence into the U.S. (i.e. current green card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum under 8 U.S.C. § 1157-1158.
Compensation
Starting compensation is based on industry and location standards.
Additional Information :
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
