Job Description:

Our growing company has a great opportunity for a Financial Analyst at our Olive Branch, MS facility. The Financial Analyst is a key role whose primary focus is to assist with daily and monthly reporting, month end closing processes, prepare balance sheet reconciliations, and other duties as assigned. This position will report to the Controller.

Responsibilities:

• Produce reports, including daily sales, cash forecast and other month end reports
• Assist with month end closing and annual audit process
• Prepare and manage month end balance sheet account reconciliations
• Prepare sales tax filings monthly
• Perform variance analysis as requested
• Evaluate processes for improvement
• Conduct self in a manner that represents DMC Power’s core values
• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or similar is required.
• 5 years of relevant work experience; 1 – 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
• Problem solver who can take initiative and set priorities while being flexible.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability and willingness to meet business deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset – can work well independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Technical experience required:
• 1) Proficient in use of common Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel2) Experience working with Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One preferredBackground check and drug screen are required.We strongly encourage candidates to review our website prior to applying:

Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
