Welder
Brief Description:
Our growing company has great opportunities for Welders at our Olive Branch production facility. All workstations are climate controlled and ventilated. We do Aluminum TIG welding. While this is a highly crafted weld, we accept candidates who excel at welding in general and will train. Work is varied and interesting to those who enjoy welding. Recent graduates accepted. Must have good attitude, basic welding skills, and willingness to learn.
Available shifts:
1st Shift - 5:30am-2:00pm
2nd Shift - 1:45pm-10:15pm

Responsibilities:
- Expertly and precisely TIG-weld aluminum and copper components and assemblies per engineering drawings.
- Produce rapidly and efficiently high quality precise welded parts and assemblie.
- Read and comprehends blue prints and specifications.
- Set up and TIG-welds components together to make complex assemblies per engineering drawings.
- Works in conjunction with other crews and lead persons and keep the equipment and their areas clean.
- Maintains and repair welding machinery, equipment and tools.
Welder Qualifications / Skills:
- Ability to rapidly and efficiently produce high-quality welded parts and assemblies.
- Ability to read manufacturing drawings, routers, safety warnings, and guidelines.
- Always attentive to detail and alert to ensure safety.
- Ability to receive and follow instructions and communicate with co-workers.
- Must be reliable and great attendance is a must.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
- Graduation from high school and a certificate from a welding school, college, or a recognized craftsman apprenticeship program or equivalent. We encourage entry-level applicants with 1-3 years of welding experience. Recent welding school graduates or current students are encouraged to apply.
- At least one (1) to three (3) years of experience is preferred.
- OSHA 10-hour safety course would be a plus
