What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient service representative position at DMC Primary Care?
DMC Primary Care seeks a professional, friendly and dependable person to join our fast-paced Patient Service team. We are looking to hire a talented person with a can do attitude to assist patients on the phone by scheduling appointments, answering questions and directing them to clinical and other DMC team members as needed.
This is a very busy call center environment. This full-time position is located in Derry with the following hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm Rotating Saturdays (2 off / 1 on) with a weekday off during your "on" week DMC Primary Care is a physician-owned, independent practice, providing comprehensive care for families for since 1964.
