Looking for a office manager assistant familiar with Quick Books, Excel, MS Word, Office 365, Drop Box/One Drive, CARB/DOORS reporting, vehicle registration, all insurances, filing, phones, organizing job folders(bidding and current)etc. Must be organized, able to multi task and IT proficient. Payroll and book keeping skills a plus. Part time could turn into full time during the busy season. Salary DOE.(Benefits are available for Full Time management Employees)
